On average, a new account can take up to 7 days. During the process, the new user will need to take and complete HIPAA.  If after 7 days, you still have not received a login, please email the helpdesk at CDHS_Sudshelpdesk@state.co.us .

HIPAA is a federal law of national standards. All Colorado Department of Human Services Data Systems are HIPAA compliant.

Yes! We have training guides, training videos and we do offer open office hours after you have met with your superuser and are still in need of additional assistance. Email the helpdesk to set up office hours at CDHS_Sudshelpdesk@state.co.us .

If you would like access to our training environment,  fill out the form here. We used to require mandatory sandbox training, but it is currently by request.  This option is highly recommended for all new users.

What is Multi-Factor Authentication?

 Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. For example, along with the password, users will be asked to authenticate on their cellphone or by yubikey. 

Do I have to have MFA?

What is Multi-Factor Authentication?

Yes. You cannot access Salesforce without it. If you do not have a smart cell phone, request a yubikey here.

What app do I have to download?

You will download the "Salesforce Authenticator" app from either Apple Store or Google Play.  Look for the padlock with white checkmark. The app should never ask you for money, if it does, you have the wrong one.

Can I use my personal cell phone for my SUDS authentication?

Yes, you can.  Your cellphone is only one part of a two step account login process.  It does not have to be a work cell phone. You will need to download the Salesforce Authenticator.

CBRES is the Colorado Budget Reimbursement & Expenditure System Version 4.0 (Built by Chocolate Software). You will need access to this system if you handle expenditures for your region.

Foodpro is a food information system for planning and control of food service operations. Dieticians can access food nutrition, menus, etc within Foodpro.

Foodpro allows for management of food services; however, it does not allow for individual nutrition counseling session notes or entry of service units. SUDS provides you a HIPAA compliant client portal to enter your Dietician notes and food service units.
