Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. For example, along with the password, users will be asked to authenticate on their cellphone or by yubikey.
Yes. You cannot access Salesforce without it. If you do not have a smart cell phone, request a yubikey here.
You will download the "Salesforce Authenticator" app from either Apple Store or Google Play. Look for the padlock with white checkmark. The app should never ask you for money, if it does, you have the wrong one.
Yes, you can. Your cellphone is only one part of a two step account login process. It does not have to be a work cell phone. You will need to download the Salesforce Authenticator.

Yes, up to 30 people can share a Yubikey. It must be in your computer to log in, so this will only work in an office setting.
CBRES is the Colorado Budget Reimbursement & Expenditure System Version 4.0 (Built by Chocolate Software). You will need access to this system if you handle expenditures for your region.
Your AAA regional admin will request one for you. In the meantime, take the HIPAA training since it is mandatory for CBRES.
Not at this time. We only provide logins to CBRES. Please reach out to your AAA regional admin for training.
Foodpro is a food information system for planning and control of food service operations. Dieticians can access food nutrition, menus, etc within Foodpro.
To get Foodpro access, please contact Leighanna Konestski at leighanna.konestki@state.co.us. HIPAA training is mandatory for Foodpro.
Foodpro allows for management of food services; however, it does not allow for individual nutrition counseling session notes or entry of service units. SUDS provides you a HIPAA compliant client portal to enter your Dietician notes and food service units.
