The SUDS Client ID is created by Salesforce and is used as a hyperlink to connect all information about the client. There is a special field on client to enter a regional ID if you also give ID's to clients.
We now accept all entries of IA and ADRC into SUDS, we are not limited to only those over 60. They do not have to be a client to be recorded either, they could just be a referral (also known as Information and Assistance).
Yes! Just because a referral closes or does not become a client does not mean the information disappears. It will continue to be stored in "Closed-Referrals" until a user reopens and changes it back to "in process".
You can enter clients without a referral if you wish to. It is a region wide decision. If you decide as a region to not enter referrals, then the entire region will not have referrals. We can not specify down to a user. Please let the SUDS staff know if you are not participating in referrals or ADRC.
Yes, you can search by name, date of birth, address, regional ID or Peerplace Legacy ID.
Take a screenshot and email the helpdesk. The referral goes off of first name, last name, date of birth and county so all of that information would have to match for it to link incorrectly.
