To verify that your service units match between the two systems, there are two reports to run. One is in SUDS, the second is in CBRES.
SUDS: You need the SFY2026 ONLY_CBRES MOM Report. This report can be found by going to the Reports tab in SUDS and clicking on All Folders on the left-hand side. From there, please go to the following: SUDS User Reports -> CBRES -> Regional Admin Reports. Once you open the report, please save your own copy. This is a template for everyone to use.
CBRES: Once you log in to CBRES, click Reports on the left-hand side, then click on MOM CBRES Units and Clients. This report will show you the same information you see on the SUDS MOM report, but it shows the units as they are in CBRES. If one of these numbers doesn't match the SUDS MOM Report, there is a discrepancy to resolve.
